A diagnosis (or dx) can be overwhelming … All consuming… Readjusting your life to your new normal.

This is an opportunity to put you and your health first: Where can you de-clutter and de-stress your life?. Who’s on your team - Family, friends, medical, F2F and using social media.  You and your family will grieve. Your DX, your new normal, and lack of ‘control’ or ability to ‘fix it’.   ​ You’d think being dx with one ‘stupid disease’ would be enough. Unfortunately, many of us are also ‘blessed’ with more than one.

Get to know your body and your disease. Trust your instincts when something is MS related and when it could be something different. ​ Be informed and be your own advocate
